St Patrick's Day: Irish Flag Making

We made Irish Flags this morning, after finding Ireland on our map, to hang on our St Patrick's Day Themed Wall.

They look fantastic and are so easy.

I cut a strip of white card 27 cm wide and 13 cm high. I then cut pieces of orange and green card 9 cm wide and 13 cm high.

Its then as simple as gluing the coloured card to the white. I have pre cut a few extra's (they will sit on our shelf) so they can make more (if they wish) as we continue to learn about St Patrick's Day.

If you would like flags to attach to a pencil or a straw you would need to reduce these sizes.
