Bowling is a fun way to do this and if you say you can't bowl, then be sure to go with the kids and ask for bumper lanes, your sure to get a decent a score that way hehehehe
The kids had fun, its been a while since they have bowled and both did really well. If I remember rightly this is actually the first time that K was able to bowl on her own. As in not needing adult assistance. She tried to lift the ball on her own but we nearly had some broken toes on our hands so opted for the 'helper' when it was her turn.
I'm not sure when we'll get to do this again though as C thought it was so much fun to run around the whole bowling alley, inclduing in front of everyone whilst they were bowling. I was just waiting for him to end up with the pins! ;-) We may need to wait until he is a little older.

How fun! My little one loves bowling. There is actually a bowling alley attached to the cafeteria where his Dad works, so we meet him for lunch every couple of weeks and play.
Oh, I always love a good reminder to stop and have fun! Its a good rainy weather activity too if you make some crafty-type pins and if you have a nice, long hallway :)
Hi Kylie! Cute! Our family loves to bowl, though we don't do it very often. I agree that sometimes it is good to do these kinds of things! It can really rejuvenate your Homeschooling just to say, Ok, we're taking the day off (here we call it a "snowday" in the winter!)
I haven't been over here for too long! I hope you're doing well! I'm still in a mode of not-visiting-blogs-that-much due to planning our trip and some big events, but hope to be able to stay connected! It'll probably be a couple more months before I'll be able to come back and join up with your bloghop again. (Have I told you how much I love your blog look?) Stop on over!
Blessings,
